A private Spacial Dynamics session tailored to the client's situation. It may include anything from hands-on repatterning, suggestions to improve movement mechanics, efficiency, ease, and decrease pain; subtle work to reconnect with an area of the body; gestures to change dynamics in relationships to others; gestures to address anxiety, depression, fear, become more grounded, etc. It does not have to be all serious- Spacial Dynamics is a lot of fun!
