MoveAbility's Mission is to support clients from all walks of life in discovering and enhancing their movement potential. Whether you are an accomplished athlete, or a timid mover, or someone who hasn't moved in years, or perhaps you are recovering from injury, MoveAbility strives to provide individually tailored bodywork and Movement Education and Re-Education to aid you in taking the next step- however great or small it may be. MoveAbility takes particular interest in clients living with chronic or long-term conditions not usually thought of as responsive to movement, including spinal cord injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, cerebral palsy. For clients whose condition prevents them from coming to the office we may be able to arrange house calls. MoveAbility's Vision is to become a multi-practitioner, interdisciplinary center specializing in non-traditional, movement based approaches and other therapies supportive to recovery for clients living with neurological conditions.

MoveAbility was founded by Cordula Feuerstack. She has been a Spacial Dynamics® practitioner since 1993 and continues to deepen her studies. Cordula is passionate about working with people living with disabilities or conditions that make movement challenging. A graduate of The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY, Cordula is excited to offer clients therapeutic massage to initiate positive soft tissue changes in the body, along with movement (Re-)Education of patterns that may have been contributing to physical restrictions and limitations.
